Return Period
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or partially refunded.
Return Method
Important: We do not accept in-person returns at our office location.
All approved returns must be shipped using:
- A designated drop-off point, or
- A courier service (contact us for guidance).

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Bolsnik covers reasonable return shipping costs.
- For returns due to change of mind or non-defective items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected to verify eligibility.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to complete the refund process.
Non-Refundable Costs
Unless otherwise required by law, the following costs are non-refundable:
- Original shipping costs
- Return shipping paid by the customer
- Customs duties, import taxes, or other related fees

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the funds, please contact:

European Union – 14 Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To qualify, items must be returned unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns made under the 14-day withdrawal period, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Refunds approved under applicable EU consumer laws will be processed to the original payment method.
