  • We currently ship worldwide, subject to carrier availability.
  • If shipping is unavailable to a destination, this will be indicated at checkout.

3. Shipping Times

Once processed, orders are shipped via our courier service.

Estimated shipping times (Transit Time, business days):

  • United Kingdom & Ireland: 3–7 business days
  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of the world: 3–14 business days

Important: These are estimates. Shipping may take longer due to customs, local carriers, weather, or public holidays. We do not guarantee exact shipping dates.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
  • Many destinations qualify for free shipping, when available.
  • If charges apply, they are calculated automatically at checkout.
  • No additional fees will be charged after checkout.


5. Optional Shipping Protection

We offer Optional Shipping Protection at checkout for €2 / £2 / $ 2, depending on your location.

  • This fee is not included in the standard shipping cost and will only be added if you choose to select it.
  • Shipping Protection helps cover potential loss or damage during transit.
  • Selecting this option is entirely voluntary; you can proceed with standard shipping for free.

 

6. Tracking

  • Once shipped, customers receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if available).
  • Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

 

7. Returns

⚠️ Important: We do not accept in-person returns. All returns must be sent via a designated courier or drop-off point.


8. Duties, Taxes & Customs

  • Sales tax or VAT may be included in the product price.
  • Import duties, customs fees, or local taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Bolsnik is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs.


9. Shipping Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Customers must provide accurate information. Returned packages due to wrong addresses may incur additional shipping costs.
  • Lost or Damaged Shipments: Contact us with photos if the item is damaged or lost. We will provide a replacement or refund according to product availability.

 

10. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before processing has begun.
  • Once an order is being processed or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • In this case, you may still request a return after delivery, in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
